We pick up from your hotel anywhere in Dubai city plus all surrounding emirates with a transfer surcharge. This page lists every district we serve, pickup logistics, and timing. The same all-inclusive pricing applies — no district premium for central Dubai pickups.

All routes converge on our Lahbab base. Pickup vehicle is an unmarked black or white SUV with the driver phoning you on arrival. Standard pickup window is 15 minutes around the agreed time.

Central Dubai (Free Pickup)

Downtown Dubai & Burj Khalifa Area

Address radius covering Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, DIFC, Sheikh Zayed Road hotels (Address Boulevard, Vida, Armani, Sofitel, Kempinski). 50-minute drive to Lahbab base. Pickup typically 3:30–4pm for evening tours.

Dubai Marina & JBR

Marina towers, JBR walk hotels (Sheraton, Address Beach Resort, Hilton, Rixos). 55-minute drive. Pickup typically 3:15–3:45pm for evening tours.

Palm Jumeirah

Atlantis the Palm, Atlantis Royal, One&Only, Anantara, FIVE Palm. 60-minute drive (slowest pickup in city Dubai due to Palm gateway). Pickup typically 3:00–3:30pm for evening tours.

Business Bay

JW Marriott Marquis, Vida Business Bay, Hyatt Centric, Hilton Habtoor City. 55-minute drive. Pickup 3:30pm.

Bur Dubai & Deira

Old Town Dubai, Hilton Garden, Riu Dubai, hotels along Khalid Bin Al Waleed Road. 50-minute drive. Closest district to our base. Pickup 3:30pm.

Sheikh Zayed Road Corridor

All hotels along the SZR strip from Trade Centre to Mall of the Emirates. Convenient pickup; we route the SUV down SZR after Downtown pickup. 45–55 minutes.

Greater Dubai (Free Pickup)

Al Barsha & Mall of the Emirates

Movenpick, Holiday Inn, Kempinski Mall of Emirates. 45-minute drive. Pickup 3:30pm.

Al Sufouh & Dubai Media City

Sharjah inner (King Faisal area): AED 150 surcharge, +20 minutes vs city pickup time.

Ajman center: AED 200 surcharge, +35 minutes.

Abu Dhabi (Yas Island, Saadiyat, Corniche): AED 300 surcharge, +90 minutes vs city pickup.

RAK and Fujairah: on request only, AED 350–500 surcharge, advance arrangement.

Pickup Logistics: What to Know

Pickup time is texted to your booking phone the day before. The driver phones at the hotel/villa lobby on arrival. Standard wait: 15 minutes after agreed time. Beyond that, the SUV may need to depart for other guests; we reschedule you to the next available slot at no charge for the first occurrence.

If your hotel has a "no tour pickup" policy at the front entrance (some 5-star hotels do this), we'll meet you at a nearby agreed point — confirmed via WhatsApp the day before.

For VIP / private bookings, the SUV can wait at your private residence with idle engine for 30 minutes if you message ahead.

Self-Drive Arrivals at Our Lahbab Base

Yes — guests with rental cars can drive directly to our base. Address sent on confirmation; GPS coordinates provided. Free parking on-site for the duration of the tour. We discount AED 50 from the booking total when guests opt out of pickup transfer.

Can I get picked up from the airport? Yes for DXB Terminal 1, 2, 3 — included in city pickup. Al Maktoum (DWC) is +AED 100.

What if I'm staying in an Airbnb? Same as hotel — give us the exact address and a phone, the SUV finds you.

Can I get dropped off somewhere different from pickup? Usually yes within Dubai. Tell us at pickup; no extra cost in most cases.

Is metro pickup possible? Yes — we'll meet at any major metro station. AED 50 fee for metro pickup, applied to keep your transfer pricing competitive.
